1. Content

Articles on this site are published by Pholio Media Ltd. You may quote up to 150 words with attribution and a link. Republishing entire articles without permission is not allowed.

2. Accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to keep every answer current, but prices, hours, and local conditions change. Always confirm time-sensitive details directly before travelling.

3. User submissions

If you submit a question, correction, or tip, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive license to publish it in edited form on this site and in the app, with or without attribution as you prefer.

4. Subscriptions

App subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Apple or Google account. We don't issue pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period.

5. Limitation of liability

Pholio is a publication, not a travel agent. We're not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from travel decisions you make after reading our content.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Hanoi.
